Candlelight ceremony photo tribute

A special highlight of this year's candlelight ceremony will be the screening of a photo tribute where we remember those we have lost to cancer. The Gunnedah community is invited to submit photos of lost loved ones for inclusion in the screening. A photo tribute form has been included in every team kit but more can be collected from team information nights or from Second Edition book store 276 Conadilly St, Gunnedah. Forms can also be emailed out on request by sending an email to alysian@nswcc.org.au

We ask that photos be copies rather than originals. Cancer Council NSW take no responsibility for misplaced photos although we will endeavour to return them where possible.

Photos should be dropped into Second Edition bookstore. Alternatively they can be dropped into team information nights.

Photos must be submitted by May 8 - the same date as the compulsory team captain meeting - to allow us time to compile the photos.
