Register a team for the Relay!

What a brilliant way to be part of the Relay spirit! Anyone and everyone in the community has a chance to celebrate, remember, and fight back. Relay offers you chance to give back to the community in a fun & unique way, and for those who have been touched by cancer, it provides a lovely way of supporting those loved ones who are going through their cancer journey or honour those who have passed away. 

 Attend the Survivors & Carers Walk and Honorary Afternoon Tea

On Saturday 15th at 2.30pm, we welcome you to join us for the Opening Ceremony and walk the Survivor & Carers Lap whilst the community cheers you on. A special afternoon tea is then served for you to enjoy and offers the opportunity to meet other survivors, carers & cancer patients and your local Cancer Council members

Help Spread The Word of Relay!

The success of Relay comes through the community coming together and helping in spreading the word of Relay is invaluable. We can supply you with brochures, posters, DVDs or even speakers to attend a meeting & promote the event.

Join the Organising Committee!

We are still looking for a number of keen people who have experience/skills in Public Relations, Marketing, Media and Logistics to join the committee. If you can offer approx 2-3 hours a week in your own time, it is a great a way to get involved in your local community and making your Relay such an amazing event!

Volunteer on the Day!

Relay wouldn't happen without the wide support of our local community volunteers. Anything from registering participants to handling the merchandise or even helping transport people around, we need a strong force of local volunteers to assist at the event

Be a Sponsor!

Relay offers business a great platform to get your name out into the local community. From having your logo on promotional event material and the website, to on the day avenues like stalls, banners, sponsor interviews. There are numerous avenues Relay offers for the community to recognise your involvement and support for the cause. We would be happy to work with you to determine which of our sponsorship and prize packages suits you. 

Donate your Services!

Being a volunteer run event, it can be difficult at times to gain access to specific products and services that are needed to make each Relay a success.

Here are some examples of what we are looking for:

• Signage
• Giveaways
• Marquees/tents
• Generators
